Donna Hawkins

Hi, I’m Donna, Owner of Infinity Escapes Travel Agency, LLC. I’ve been helping clients plan unforgettable vacations since 2017, and I truly love turning dream trips into real-life memories.

I’m based in Jasper, Indiana, but originally grew up in Oregon. After high school, I joined the United States Air Force, which gave me the opportunity to live in several places before eventually settling in Indiana. That life experience, along with my years in travel, has helped shape the way I serve my clients — with flexibility, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others explore the world.

Travel has taken me to so many incredible places, and I love sharing those firsthand experiences with my clients. I’ve cruised through the Baltics, Northern Europe, and Alaska, and one of my favorite trips was a private yacht vacation in Croatia, where I experienced firsthand the beauty of sailing along the Adriatic coastline.

I’ve also enjoyed all-inclusive escapes in Cancun, Jamaica, Aruba, the Dominican Republic, and Los Cabos. I’ve experienced escorted and group travel in destinations like Alaska, Washington DC, Japan, Scotland, Ireland, Costa Rica, Hawaii and Thailand, along with family vacations to Disney destinations, Hawaii, New York City, London, Rome, and beyond.

I hold an Associate’s degree in Business Management from Southwest Illinois College and a Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism from Florida Atlantic University. I’m also a member of ASTA and CLIA, have earned certifications as a Destination Wedding, Honeymoon and Romance Travel Specialist, Certified Cruise Counselor, Accredited Cruise Counselor and Elite Sandals Specialist. In addition, I’ve completed Disney College of Knowledge and specialist training for Hawaii, Jamaica, Mexico, the Caribbean, and other destinations around the world.
